Shipping and Handling:
We offer free Federal Express delivery for all orders. Our goal is to process orders up to 48 hours after the order has been processed. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. If the order is not in stock or at the online location the customer is ordering from, it may take up to three weeks to process the order. If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.  All orders are subject to credit approval.

All shipments require a signature by an adult (18 years old or older) on delivery. Upon signature by an adult confirming your acceptance of the product delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by IVY New York LLC and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, IVY New York LLC will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange or full refund within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt, certificates and packaging. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that any associated shipping costs will not be subject to refund.  Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for a $500 replacement cost. In addition to this, the customer is subject to refunding all costs incurred by the customer prior to receiving the parcel.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. IVY New York LLC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements as determined by IVY New York LLC.
